Barrell Craft Spirits has introduced a new 12-year French Toast(ed) Bourbon Whiskey as part of its Red Label Series. The expression is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Wyoming, aged between 12 and 17 years.

The whiskey is finished in various types of French oak casks, specifically focusing on Grand Chauffe barrels, and has a proof of 107.24 (53.62% ABV). The blend features flavor profiles including toasted brioche, vanilla custard, roasted nuts, cinnamon, and clove. The product is available through the company’s website and select retailers for a suggested retail price of $159.99 per 750ml bottle.
