Barrio Corradi celebrates 63 years of history in Trelew

Barrio Corradi in Trelew is celebrating its 63rd anniversary this August. As the city's third most populous sector, the neighborhood's history dates back to 1963 when Pedro Corradi, a local car dealership owner, initiated the first urbanization project by ceding lots along Rawson Avenue.

Camila Sepúlveda, president of the neighborhood association, noted the area's historical connection to the Heavy Industrial Park during the 1970s. She highlighted the ongoing work of the neighborhood commission to improve local welfare and expressed gratitude to various officials for addressing community needs, including the demolition of La Calera.
