Barry Manilow cancels Las Vegas residency shows

Singer Barry Manilow has canceled several performances at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino as part of his ‘The Hits Come Home!’ residency. The 83-year-old artist announced via Instagram that Friday and Saturday shows would be canceled due to ‘technical and vocal problems.’

This follows a Thursday performance that was cut short after only 40 minutes due to technical difficulties. These cancellations come amid Manilow’s ongoing health journey; he revealed a lung cancer diagnosis in December, which required surgery to remove a tumor on his left lung.

This marks the second time in a month that the singer has canceled a show at the last minute, following a recent postponement in Lexington, Kentucky, due to ‘unforeseen circumstances.’ Ticket holders for the Las Vegas shows have been assured that refunds will be issued automatically.
