Bartha Boróka wins the Kaszás Attila Award

Bartha Boróka, an artist from the Figura Stúdió Színház in Gyergyó, has been awarded the 19th Kaszás Attila Award. The winner was determined through online voting by theater fans from a pool of four nominees, which included Kelemen Zoltán, Ötvös András, and Pap Lujza.

The ceremony took place at the Vígszínház in Budapest, preceding a performance of the musical ‘A padlás’. Rudolf Péter, the director of Vígszínház, presented the award and shared personal memories of the late Attila Kaszás, noting that Kaszás grew into a great actor within those very walls and performed an iconic role in the same production.

Upon receiving the honor, Bartha Boróka expressed gratitude to her ensemble in Gyergyó, stating that the award belongs to the entire team because of their deep connection and collaborative spirit during performances.
