Bartın court rules on State Hydraulic Works expropriation

The Bartın 2nd Civil Court of First Instance has ruled on an expropriation case brought by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (Devlet Su İşleri Genel Müdürlüğü). The court determined the expropriation value for a portion of a property located in Terkehaliller Village, Bartın, to be 96,542.01 TL.

The ruling includes the cancellation of the title deed for a 144.17 square meter section to be registered to the state, as well as the establishment of a two-year temporary easement right over a 333.62 square meter section. An appeal has been filed by the plaintiff's counsel to overturn the decision.
