Basavaraj Bommai urges Congress to dissolve and merge with CJP

Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Member of Parliament Basavaraj Bommai has called for the Congress party to dissolve itself and merge with the CJP. Speaking during a campaign event in Byadagi town, Haveri district, Bommai claimed that Congress and the CJP are essentially the same and that the party has sunk to a low level.

Bommai further alleged that the party receives foreign funds to create anarchy within the country. He also criticized the current state government, labeling it corrupt and ineffective in managing drought conditions and drinking water shortages. He noted that farmers have suffered crop losses and that the government has failed to provide adequate preparation for both green and dry droughts.
