Basic-Fit opens new headquarters and flagship club in Wasquehal

Basic-Fit, the Dutch-based fitness chain, has opened a new headquarters in Wasquehal, France. The 7,000 m2 facility houses 80 employees and features a “third generation” fitness club designed to serve as a model for the company’s future locations.

With over 900 clubs and 2 million subscribers, Basic-Fit is shifting its business model in France. The company plans to expand by opening 300 to 400 new centers through a franchise model, marking a departure from its previous strategy of operating only company-owned locations.
