Basketball news: Nikola Jokić anecdotes and John Končar interest

Lazar Lugić, a player for KK Niš, shared personal anecdotes regarding NBA star Nikola Jokić during their time training together in Sombor, Serbia. Lugić praised Jokić’s humility and professional demeanor, noting that despite being one of the best players in the world, Jokić maintains a modest attitude and engages constructively with local players during practice sessions.

Separately, NBA player John Končar, who has Serbian heritage, is reportedly drawing interest from major European basketball clubs. Real Madrid and Olympiacos are among the teams interested in the 30-year-old forward. Končar, who has spent his entire career in the NBA playing for teams including the Memphis Grizzlies, Utah Jazz, and New York Knicks, would be making his debut in European basketball if a move occurs.
