Basler lifts revenue and profit outlook after 36% first‑half sales jump

Basler AG, the image‑processing specialist that returned to Germany's SDAX in June, raised its full‑year revenue target to €270‑€290 million, indicating up to a 29 % increase over the prior year. The company also lifted its EBIT‑margin guidance to 12.5‑14.5 %, from about 8 % in 2023, citing supply‑chain uncertainties.

In the first half of the year, Basler reported revenue of €152 million, a 36 % rise YoY, and an EBIT of roughly €31 million, delivering a 20.4 % margin versus 7.7 % last year. Order intake grew 59 % to €180 million. The shares jumped nearly 6 % after hours and are up about 67 % year‑to‑date.
