Basque delegation leads aerospace mission to Toulouse

Basque President Imanol Pradales is leading an institutional and business mission to Toulouse to strengthen cooperation with the Occitania region. The delegation, consisting of 23 representatives from various companies and entities, aims to secure new business opportunities within the European aerospace consortium and integrate Basque suppliers into the supply chains of major manufacturers.

The mission includes a visit to Airbus facilities in Blagnac to observe the A321 final assembly line and a bilateral meeting with the President of Occitania, Carole Delga. The agenda also features visits to Safran, Liebherr-Aerospace, and meetings with Aerospace Valley and Thales Alenia Space. The initiative seeks to leverage the complementarity between Occitania’s large-scale manufacturers and the Basque Country’s specialized network of advanced manufacturing and research providers.
