Retaining a bathtub is highlighted as a key factor for many buyers. Samantha Lawson, a senior bathroom designer at Drench, notes that 45% of British buyers consider the absence of a bath a dealbreaker. Removing a bathtub could potentially impact a property's value by approximately £11,155, as there is a growing consumer demand for at-home wellness and self-care spaces.
