Batman Day celebrations set for September 19

Batman Day is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026. To mark the occasion, DC Comics is releasing a special crossover issue titled ‘Batman of Two Worlds,’ which features the first crossover between the regular Batman and Absolute Batman.

In the Yakima Valley, celebrations include film screenings at Grand Cinemas Yakima Valley, featuring ‘Batman ’89,’ ‘The LEGO Batman Movie,’ and ‘Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.’ Local comic book retailers such as Ron’s Coin & Collectibles, Yakomix, and Central City Comics are also highlighted as locations for fans. Additionally, DC Comics plans to host events on Twitch and YouTube, including a PC giveaway and gameplay featuring the LEGO Batman game, ‘Legacy of the Dark Knight.’
