BAuA implements mediaDIALOG Software for workspace management

The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) has implemented the ‘raum]für[raum’ booking software from mediaDIALOG Software to manage its workspaces and resources. The agency, which employs approximately 750 people, utilizes the platform across its headquarters in Dortmund and its locations in Berlin and Dresden.

The project aimed to establish a centralized platform for booking and managing workstations, rooms, and resources. The on-premises solution is currently live, providing transparency and efficiency by allowing employees to access information quickly and integrate booking processes into existing workflows. The software is designed to optimize floor space usage and reduce administrative efforts through a modular and adaptable structure.
