The Tuggar Foundation alleges that no primary was held, labeling the declaration unconstitutional and urging the party to conduct an independent opinion poll. The group endorses Tuggar, a Katagum native, arguing that his candidacy would restore internal party balance and improve the APC’s chances in the 2027 election.
