Bavarian music scene features regional tours and Oktoberfest performances

Musical events are taking place across Bavaria, featuring both regional tours and major festival performances.

In Lower Bavaria, the ‘3 Städte Tour’ is scheduled for early October 2026. Organized by Pop Info Niederbayern, the project involves three acts from different cities—Walther, angenehm. from Dingolfing, Local Alien from Passau, and Invisible Jellyfish from Freyung—sharing the stage over three days. Each band will perform in their respective hometowns, rotating their performance slots to ensure each acts as a headliner once during the tour.

Additionally, the alphorn group ‘Stiftländer Alphornwahnsinn’ from the Tirschenreuth district recently performed at the Munich Oktoberfest. This marks the second time the group has appeared on the famous Bavarian stage, bringing traditional music from the Upper Palatinate to the festival.
