Bayburt celebrates 246 students completing hafiz training
In Bayburt, a ceremony was held to award certification to 246 students who successfully completed their hafiz training in Quranic courses.
The event was attended by Bayburt Governor Mustafa Eldivan and the Deputy President of Religious Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmet İshak Demir. During the ceremony, twelve hafiz performed Quranic recitations, followed by a certification prayer led by Reisü’l-Kurrâ Mustafa Demirkan.
Governor Eldivan congratulated the students and expressed gratitude to their families and instructors. He emphasized that hafiz training is not merely about memorization but carries the responsibility of understanding the Quran's message and applying it as a guide in all aspects of life. Following the prayer, students were presented with their certificates and various gifts.
