Bayer glyphosate settlement faces US court fairness hearing
A US court in Missouri is conducting a fairness hearing regarding a proposed $7.25 billion settlement by Bayer to resolve extensive litigation involving its Roundup weed killer. The settlement aims to address claims from approximately 197,000 Americans who allege that exposure to glyphosate caused non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
