Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) and infinitSpace have entered a strategic partnership to develop high-quality flexible workspaces. The collaboration aims to combine BHRE’s real estate management with infinitSpace’s technology-enabled workspace solutions to meet evolving commercial property demands.

The partnership is part of infinitSpace’s European growth strategy. The first joint location is scheduled to open in Munich in October 2026, marking the company’s first location in the city and its thirteenth globally.
