Bayern Munich completes transfer of German left‑back Nathaniel Brown

German club Bayern Munich has signed 23‑year‑old defender Nathaniel Brown from Eintracht Frankfurt on a five‑year contract. The transfer fee was not disclosed, though German media estimate it at around €55 million.

Brown, born in Amberg, Bavaria, developed at Jahn Regensburg and FC Nürnberg before joining Frankfurt in January 2024. He has become a regular for the Germany national team, starting three of four pre‑World Cup matches in North America and missing one with an adductor injury. He also scored in Germany’s 7‑1 victory over Curaçao. This signing follows Bayern’s earlier summer acquisition of Moroccan international Ismael Saibari.
