Bayeux to host 14th edition of local sports awards

The 14th edition of the Trophées des sportifs de Bayeux is scheduled to take place on September 24, 2026, at the Halle ô Grains in Bayeux. Organized by the City of Bayeux and VFM radio, the event honors local athletes, clubs, and volunteers.

This year, the awards ceremony features a revised format, reducing the number of categories from ten to six to include mixed categories. Nominees include Élise Lajoie and Pierrot Larue for the season's rising star, and Daniel Faubert and Martin Lewandowski for the season's athlete category. The jury will consist of representatives from the city, VFM radio, and event partners.
