Baykar launches new air cargo airline based in Istanbul

Baykar is establishing a new airline dedicated to national and international air cargo operations. Based in Istanbul, the company has commenced large-scale recruitment for various roles to support its civil aviation expansion.

Job postings include positions for Airbus A321P2F captain and second pilots, ground operations managers, security managers, quality and SMS managers, and various technical specialists. For pilot candidates, the company requires an ATPL(A) license and Airbus A320 family type rating, with a preference for those possessing at least 3,500 total flight hours.

The airline plans to utilize the Airbus A321P2F, a model converted from passenger aircraft to freighters. This aircraft type features a maximum cargo capacity of approximately 28.1 tons and a range of roughly 3,800 kilometers.
