Baylor football falls 17-6 to TCU

Baylor football suffered a 17-6 loss to rival TCU at McLane Stadium, marking the first time this season the team failed to reach the end zone. Despite a capacity crowd of 46,634, the Bears' offense struggled significantly, recording only 54 rushing yards and a 41.5% completion rate from quarterback DJ Lagway, who is reportedly managing an ankle injury.

Head coach Dave Aranda described the performance as “hollow” and “frustrating.” Following the defeat, Baylor shifts its focus to an upcoming matchup against Kansas. The game is scheduled for a 12 p.m. CT kickoff and will be broadcast on TNT.
