Bayreuth to host Festa Italica festival in August

The Festa Italica festival returns to the marketplace in Bayreuth from August 20 to August 24, 2026. Following a successful premiere last year, the event will transform the pedestrian zone into a Mediterranean-style piazza.

Attendees can experience Italian cuisine, including antipasti, pasta, pizza, and sweets, alongside a selection of approximately 20 Italian wines and various aperitivi such as Aperol Spritz and Limoncello Spritz. The festival will also feature live music on a central stage, performing a mix of modern Italian pop and classic songs.
