Bayside Kings releases new album ‘Atlas’

The Brazilian hardcore band Bayside Kings has released their new album, titled ‘Atlas’. The 14-track project, lasting 28 minutes, explores themes of growth, identity, and the metaphorical weight of responsibility, drawing inspiration from the Greek Titan Atlas.

The album reflects the band’s roots in the Baixada Santista region, specifically referencing the landscape of Santos. Vocalist Milton Aguiar noted that the music addresses crossing social, emotional, and geographical boundaries. This new phase also marks the return of guitarist Marcão after an eight-year absence, joining Milton Aguiar, Teteu, Manolo, and David Gonzalez.

Bayside Kings is scheduled to perform the new material live on September 6 at the Rock in Rio festival.
