BAZNAS receives national awards for zakat management and digital PR

The National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) and its regional branches have received multiple accolades for their management and communication efforts in 2026.

BAZNAS Kampar was named the Best Zakat Manager at the national level during the Grand BAZNAS Awards 2026. Kampar Regent Ahmad Yuzar expressed his appreciation, noting that the achievement serves as motivation to improve service quality and ensure zakat is distributed effectively to support social development and poverty reduction.

Additionally, BAZNAS RI won first place in the Technology & Digital PR category at the Public Relations Excellence Awards (PREA) 2026, organized by PERHUMAS Indonesia. Subhan Cholid, Secretary of BAZNAS RI, stated that the award recognizes the organization's efforts to maintain accountable and transparent zakat management through an integrated system spanning from central to regional levels.
