b&b group expands team and HR structures

The b&b group, an integrated production partner for events and trade fairs based in Filderstadt, Germany, has professionalized its human resources operations. Since the beginning of the year, a dedicated full-time HR function has been working to expand the company's personnel structures and focus on planned recruitment and development.

Over the past six months, several key positions have been filled, including new specialists in the project management and exhibition construction departments. The company's management team has also been strengthened with a new assistant position. The group aims to support its integrated production services by investing in staff development alongside its investments in technology, logistics, and equipment.
