BBVA México to adjust branch operating hours from October 2026

BBVA México has announced a change to the operating hours of its more than 1,500 commercial branches, effective Monday, October 5, 2026. The adjustment primarily affects the opening time, which will be delayed by 30 minutes. From the effective date, branches will operate from 09:00 to 16:00, Monday through Friday.

Branches that currently offer service on Saturdays will maintain their regular schedule of 09:00 to 14:30. The bank noted that the closing time remains unchanged at 16:00.

Automated teller machines (ATMs) located within the branches will continue to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additionally, the bank's digital channels and mobile application will remain available 24/7 for transactions, inquiries, and payments, serving as an alternative to in-person visits.
