BC Montana 2003 defeats Spar Girona in EuroCup women's basketball

BC Montana 2003 secured its first victory in the EuroCup Group K with an 82-73 win against the Spanish side Spar Girona. The match, held at Arena Botevgrad, saw the Bulgarian champions overcome a resilient Girona team that was playing with only seven professional players due to an injury crisis.

Despite Tilbe Senyurek scoring 27 points and 6 rebounds for Girona, Montana 2003 maintained control through key performances. Ndioma Kane recorded a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds, while Radostina Dimitrova contributed 19 points.

Following this result, all four teams in Group K currently hold a record of one win and one loss. Montana 2003 is scheduled to face Ostrava in the Czech Republic on October 28.
