Bắc Ninh promotes green building materials in construction

In Bắc Ninh province, there is an increasing emphasis on the application of green building materials in construction projects. At the Doan Bai No. 1 Kindergarten project in Hiep Hoa commune, 100% of the construction utilizes unfired bricks.

According to project contractors and local management, unfired bricks offer several advantages, including a more stable supply that is not dependent on weather conditions and a cost reduction of nearly 20% compared to traditional fired bricks. Local authorities have issued plans to enhance awareness and responsibility among officials and businesses regarding the management and use of environmentally friendly construction materials to adapt to climate change.
