Bắc Ninh & Tây Ninh provinces boost youth entrepreneurship, private sector

The provincial government of Bắc Ninh announced a plan to allocate up to 190 billion VND by 2030 to create a large‑scale entrepreneurship ecosystem for young people. The scheme includes loans, training, mentorship, legal assistance and market linkage, targeting support for at least 1,000 youth entrepreneurs, 120 innovative start‑up models and advisory services for roughly 10,000 youth‑owned enterprises.

In Tây Ninh, the implementation of Party Resolution 68 on private‑sector development has led to a marked increase in the number and quality of private firms. The province reported 6,783 new or re‑activated enterprises in 2025, an 82 % rise over the previous year, and is focusing on modern production lines, technology adoption and stronger state support to move from “pre‑check” to “post‑check” administrative procedures. Officials say the reforms aim to build a competitive private‑sector ecosystem that can integrate into domestic and international value chains.
