BCA and Pegadaian launch digital gold savings service

PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has partnered with PT Pegadaian (Persero) to launch a gold savings service accessible through the myBCA application and web version. The service is integrated with Pegadaian’s Tring! application.

The collaboration aims to address the growing popularity of gold as a safe-haven investment in Indonesia. Data from Pegadaian indicated that gold savings prices rose by more than 30 percent over the past year. The digital platform allows customers to invest in small fractional amounts, providing a more practical alternative to purchasing physical gold bars.
