BCA and TNI provide humanitarian aid for NTT earthquake victims

PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), through its Bakti BCA program, has partnered with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) to provide humanitarian aid to victims of a 7.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

The aid, which was handed over at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta, includes essential supplies such as medicines, toddler underwear, diapers, blankets, tents, and portable beds. The distribution is being coordinated with local governments, the TNI, and the Indonesian National Police to ensure supplies reach affected areas, particularly those with challenging terrain.

BCA stated that its branch operations in the province remain unaffected and all employees in the impacted region are safe. The company is continuing to monitor the situation as recovery efforts proceed.
