BCB presents new season project with IREN as main sponsor

The Badajoz basketball club (BCB) has officially presented its project for the upcoming season in the Segunda FEB league. During a presentation held at the El Faro Shopping Center, the club introduced its players, coaching staff, and youth teams to fans and sponsors.

A major highlight of the event was the officialization of IREN as the club’s main sponsor for the next three seasons. Club president Antonio Correa noted that while moving up to a higher category presented significant economic and sporting challenges, the partnership with IREN has provided the necessary financial stability to ensure the project's viability.

Gabriel Nebreda, CEO of IREN Spain, stated that the company chose to support BCB because of shared values such as teamwork and perseverance. He also emphasized IREN’s broader commitment to the city of Badajoz, where the company is currently developing one of its major European projects.
