Bcc Iccrea reports 4.4 billion euros in business financing in Emilia-Romagna

As of June 30, 2026, cooperative banking institutions under the Gruppo Bcc Iccrea umbrella in Emilia-Romagna reported total business financing of 4.4 billion euros. This figure represents a 2.6% increase compared to 2025 and accounts for 6.3% of all corporate credit issued by the banking sector in the region.

Sector-specific data shows that 680 million euros were directed toward agriculture and 328 million euros toward the tourism sector. Additionally, non-profit institutions received 71 million euros in financing, a 4.1% rise from the previous year. Household credit lines totaled 5.2 billion euros, representing 10% of the total bank financing extended to families across the region.

The group maintains a presence in Emilia-Romagna through seven cooperative credit banks and 226 branches. Four of these institutions, including Bcc Emil Banca and Bcc Riviera Banca, are headquartered within the region.
