BCDA and Tarlac partner on Clark Advanced Manufacturing Park

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the Provincial Government of Tarlac held a multi-sectoral consultation to discuss the development of the Clark Advanced Manufacturing Park (CAMP) in New Clark City, Tarlac.

The project aims to establish an advanced manufacturing ecosystem to position the Philippines within high-value industries, including semiconductors, advanced technologies, and critical minerals. This development is part of the country’s participation in the Pax Silica initiative, a U.S.-led multi-nation economic and security coalition.

Stakeholders, including provincial leaders, business groups, and academic representatives, participated in the dialogue to address socioeconomic opportunities and environmental and social safeguards. The consultations focus on integrating local perspectives regarding land use, infrastructure, employment, and community concerns into the project planning process.
