BCE Inc. adds Rebecca McKillican to board, Katherine Lee steps down after 11 years

BCE Inc. and Bell Canada announced the appointment of Rebecca McKillican as a director. McKillican, who led McKesson Canada from 2020 to 2023 and previously served as CEO of Well.ca after its acquisition, also sits on the board of the National Bank of Canada, where she chairs the Technology Committee and serves on the Human Resources Committee. BCE Chair Louis Vachon and CEO Mirko Bibic praised her technology and operational expertise as an asset for shareholders and growth at Bell.

At the same time, long‑time director Katherine Lee announced her retirement from the BCE board after 11 years of service. Lee joined the board in 2015 and was a member of the Audit and Corporate Governance committees. BCE board members typically serve terms of up to 12 years to balance experience with renewal.
