BCI awards top UniLúrio graduates in Nampula

Banco Comercial e de Investimentos (BCI) recently held a ceremony at the Marrere Campus in Nampula Province to recognize top graduating students from Universidade Lúrio (UniLúrio). The event, which included approximately 600 graduates, brought together government officials, academic representatives, and business leaders.

BCI presented awards to the highest-performing students in several disciplines, including Psychology, Chemistry, Economics and Business Management, and Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. Helga Dias, BCI’s Regional Commercial Director, presented the prizes and emphasized the bank’s commitment to developing Mozambican professionals, noting that human capital is essential for the nation’s economic and social progress.

The initiative is part of BCI’s ongoing engagement with higher education institutions as the bank celebrates its 30th anniversary.
