Bcons Group announces 4,400 billion VND residential project in Dong Nai

Bcons Group has announced a development roadmap for the Bcons Central Park project, a high-rise residential complex located in Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai City. The project represents a total investment of nearly 4,400 billion VND.

The rollout is scheduled to occur in three phases between September and December 2026. The first phase will introduce 1,400 apartments and 113 shophouses, followed by 800 units in November and 620 units in December. The overall implementation period is expected to span from 2026 to 2030.

This development aims to address a supply gap in Dong Nai’s urban core. While significant social housing projects have been initiated in the region—with Dong Nai leading the country in new social housing starts in early 2026—there remains a shortage of commercial housing for middle-income earners in central areas. Bcons Central Park is positioned to serve first-time homebuyers and families seeking modern residential options near existing urban infrastructure.
