Bădăcin to host multicultural summer school for children

The “Together in Diversity and Multiculturality” summer school will take place from August 17 to 21 at the Iuliu Maniu Memorial House in Bădăcin. The educational project is organized by the Iuliu Maniu Memorial House, Pericei Gymnasium No. 1, the Zalău County Museum of History and Art, and the Fatti di Speranza Association from Brescia.

The initiative aims to foster friendship and dialogue among children of different ethnicities and religions. Activities will be held daily from 9:00 to 14:00 and will be coordinated by Italian youth from Brescia alongside Romanian volunteers. The program includes team games, decorative object workshops, personal development activities, painting, drawing, and face painting.

Participation is free and open to all without prior registration or seat limits. Transportation will be provided each morning via school minibus from the Pericei Gymnasium No. 1 courtyard to the memorial house.
