Beach Handball Youth Women's Team Caserío Wins Spanish Championship

The youth women's team of Beach Caserío from Ciudad Real captured the Spanish beach handball championship in Laredo. In the final, they defeated the Sevilla side Nicosur BMP Las Peris 2‑1, prevailing in a shoot‑out after splitting the first two sets (26‑24, 20‑21). The decisive shoot‑out ended 10‑8 in favor of Caserío.

Earlier, Caserío secured its place in the final by beating MUBAK‑BHB 0‑2 in the semifinals. The team also recorded victories over Barbate, Torreón de Benalmádena and other opponents throughout the tournament. The youth men's team from Caserío finished fourth after narrow shoot‑out losses in both the semifinal and the bronze‑medal match.

The championship highlighted the strength of the Ciudad Real club in the national beach handball scene.
