Beartooth releases sixth studio album ‘Pure Ecstasy’

American band Beartooth has released their sixth studio album, titled ‘Pure Ecstasy’. This marks the group's first release with Fearless Records. The album was largely written, recorded, and produced by frontman Caleb Shomo, with additional support from Jordan Fish.

The record explores themes of self-acceptance, personal growth, and the emotional spectrum ranging from joy to despair. Lyrically, Shomo addresses his identity as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and his journey of moving past religious influences from his upbringing. While the album introduces a new sound, it retains the band's signature heavy vocals and sonic crescendos.

To support the release, the band has launched the ‘Pure Ecstasy World Tour’, which is scheduled to begin on September 17 in Frankfurt, Germany. The tour will include stops in several European cities, including Oberhausen, Hannover, Berlin, Munich, Vienna, and Zurich.
