Beatles-related cultural events held in Rome and Brescia

Various Beatles-related cultural events are taking place in Italy. At the Teatro Ghione in Rome, the “A Beatles’ Orchestra: Lennon & McCartney” tribute featured the band I Beatles a Roma performing alongside the Arios Orchestra. While the performance aimed to blend a five-piece band with a nearly thirty-piece orchestra, critics noted a lack of sonic balance, as the band's instruments often overpowered the orchestral arrangements.

In Brescia, the Beatles Museum will host an event on October 22 featuring author Riccardo Russino. The presentation focuses on his new book, “Il Triangolo Rock – George Harrison, Eric Clapton e Pattie Boyd,” which explores the complex personal and professional relationships between George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Pattie Boyd. The event will include musical performances by the Due Quarti Acoustic Duo.
