BeatleSenigallia 2026 festival celebrates 60th anniversary of Yellow Submarine in Senigallia, Italy
The eighth edition of BeatleSenigallia 2026 honors the 60th anniversary of the Beatles' song "Yellow Submarine." The festival runs from 22 to 26 July 2026 in Senigallia and features four headline days of concerts, theatre, and cultural activities, forming part of a month‑long programme of 25 events across 17 municipalities in the provinces of Ancona, Pesaro‑Urbino and Rimini.
Key events include a monument to John Lennon and a "BeatleBench" unveiling, the "Abbey Road on the Lawn" happening, a staged version of "Yellow Submarine" written and directed by Vittorio Saccinto, a "Beatles in Jazz" concert, an Italian‑beat showcase with Ricky Gianco, and an evening titled "The Sound Messengers – An Evening with The Beatles." The festival is organised by Paolo Molinelli, supported by the municipality of Senigallia, the Marche region, numerous local partners and media outlets, and includes a civic‑engagement component on road‑safety awareness. Mayor Massimo Olivetti highlighted the event’s growing role as a major tourist and cultural attraction for the city.
