Beatrice Egli makes acting debut in German series “Die Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof”

Swiss schlager star Beatrice Egli, winner of Deutschland sucht den Superstar (2013), is expanding her career into acting. She will appear in the Sat.1 series “Die Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof”, a spin‑off of the popular medical drama, playing the Swiss character Céline Huber who arrives unexpectedly in the fictional town of Weilhausen.

Egli said the opportunity “to embody a character and dive into a new role is something very special” and that the role “requires great respect but also brings incredible joy”. The episodes featuring her guest appearance are scheduled to air from late summer 2025.
