Beau Bridges joins cast of R. J. Decker for Season 2

The second season of the ABC series ‘R. J. Decker’ is set to premiere on Tuesday, September 15. The season premiere, titled ‘The Point of Us Breaking,’ follows private investigator R. J. Decker as he becomes involved in a series of bank heists following a reunion with a former prison acquaintance. The plot also addresses the ongoing consequences of Victor Ochoa’s death.

In a new casting development, Beau Bridges has joined the series to play Reggie Decker, the estranged and unreliable father of the titular character. Showrunner Rob Doherty stated that the addition of Bridges is intended to provide deeper insight into R. J. Decker’s background and childhood. The premiere will also feature guest appearances by Sasheer Zamata, Jenna Johnson, Val Chmerkovskiy, and Joey Graziadei.
