Beauty and skincare gift sets trend toward natural formulas

As the holiday season approaches, consumer interest is shifting toward natural beauty and skincare gift sets. Market trends indicate a growing preference for products with short ingredient lists and high concentrations of active components, often priced between 20 and 30 euros.

Data from Circana presented to CEW France shows that pharmacy beauty sales in France grew by 10% in value and 7% in volume in 2024, highlighting the strength of the dermo-cosmetic market. Brands such as Aroma-Zone, Nuxe, Typology, and Yves Rocher are among those offering thematic ranges, with a focus on raw natural extracts and sustainable packaging like refillable or recyclable containers.

Additionally, beauty advent calendars remain a popular way for consumers to test new routines or access favorite products. Major brands including Sephora, Guerlain, Shiseido, and Clarins are participating in this seasonal trend, offering various selections ranging from makeup and perfumes to dedicated skincare sets.
