BEB5 Karuizawa to host seasonal craft gin bar

BEB5 Karuizawa by Hoshino Resorts will host the ‘BEB Night BAR’ in its courtyard from September 15 to November 30, 2026. The seasonal pop-up bar is designed to allow guests to enjoy the autumn foliage in a relaxed, casual atmosphere without strict dress codes.

The menu features six types of craft gin, including three varieties from the Nozawa Onsen Distillery and three types of ‘NEMA 0.00%’, which is Japan’s first non-alcoholic gin. This selection aims to cater to both traditional drinkers and the ‘sober curious’ demographic. Drink options include ‘Hot Gin Apple’ with cotton candy, ‘Ruby Gin Splash’, and ‘Caramel Gin Fizz’.

To complement the drinks, guests can pair their beverages with additive-free sausages from the Karuizawa specialty shop ‘Chozumeya’, which guests can grill themselves using tabletop stoves. Other snacks include nuts from Karuizawa ‘Kinari’ and various pickles.
