Bebuzee partners with Actors Guild of Nigeria to create new income streams

The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has partnered with Bebuzee, a United States-based AI-powered super app, to provide new digital income opportunities for Nollywood actors. The initiative, titled the Actors Guild Community On-boarding platform, is scheduled for unveiling on October 31.

Through this partnership, AGN members will gain access to a dedicated digital community on the Bebuzee platform, which integrates social media, video streaming, e-commerce, and digital payments. Members who join will receive VIP status, and those who upload content and engage fans can receive instant payments for their posts.

Abubakar Yakubu, the National President of the AGN, has been named a brand ambassador for the platform. He joined seven other prominent Nollywood actors, including Patience Ozokwo, Ebele Okaro, Zubby Michael, Destiny Etiko, Segun Arinze, Sani Danja, and Jide Kosoko, who were also signed as ambassadors during the launch in Lagos. Yakubu noted that the initiative aims to diversify actors' earnings beyond traditional fees and existing social media platforms like YouTube.
