Becamex Group receives 7.2 hectares for residential project

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has issued a decision to allocate over 7.2 hectares of land to Becamex Group for the implementation of the Ap 5C Residential Project in Thoi Hoa Ward.

The allocated area of 72,489.9 square meters includes 34,767.5 square meters for urban residential land, 13,728.5 square meters for public parks and community spaces, 16,098 square meters for internal transportation and technical corridors, 2,881.8 square meters for water supply and drainage, and 5,014.1 square meters for public lighting and electricity corridors.

The land use term is set until May 7, 2059. While the urban residential land requires payment for land use rights, the land designated for public parks, transportation, and technical infrastructure will be allocated without charge. Becamex Group is responsible for completing the technical infrastructure and handing it over to specialized agencies for management.
