Beckhoff Automation opens new sales office in Calgary

Beckhoff Automation has expanded its presence in Western Canada by opening a new 2,900-square-foot sales and application engineering office in Calgary, Alberta. Located at 48 Quarry Park Blvd SE, this facility marks the company’s fourth Canadian location, joining existing sites in Cambridge, Ontario; Laval, Quebec; and Burnaby, British Columbia.

The Calgary office is intended to provide localized support for machine builders, system integrators, and process operators throughout the province. Calvin Wallace, president of Beckhoff Canada, stated that the new space will allow the company to work more closely with provincial customers and partners while providing a venue for technology demonstrations, seminars, and hands-on training.

The opening was marked by a two-day event featuring a Technology Day with demonstrations in AI, motion, control, and energy management, followed by a Process Automation Seminar focused on connecting field devices to plant-wide systems.
